It is highly moisturizing, light, and smells amazing.
 
Ingredients:
Distilled Water - Base for emulsion. Without it the lotion would be more of a creamy oil. 
 
Emulsifying Wax - Binds oils and water into a smooth emulsion. Naturally Sourced.
 
Cetyl Alcohol - Fatty alcohol used as an emollient. Thickens and moisturizes.  Naturally Sourced.
 
Coconut Oil - Natural skin protector with anti-inflammatory properties.
 
Castor Oil - Deeply moisturizing. Strengthens skin barrier.
 
Olive Oil - High in oleic acid, linoleic acid, and palmitic aced, it is as excellent moisturizer. 
 
Apricot Kernal Oil - A light and easily absorbed oil that is deeply hydrating.
 
Shea Butter - Soothing and full of skin loving fatty acids. Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
 
Aloe Vera Gel - Adds a refreshing feel to lotion, soothes irritation, and hydrates.
 
Essential Oil - Adds scent and skin benefits
 
Arrowroot Powder - Helps balance lotion and aids in giving it a silky texture while preventing greasiness.
 
Vegetable Glycerin - A natural humectant that draws moisture to your skin, keeping it hydrated for longer.
 
Epsom Salt - Helps to stabilize lotion.
 
Sodium Hydroxide - Used in very small amounts to stabilize lotion and adjust ph. to a neutral range that keeps your skin happy.
 
Witch Hazel Extract - Astringent, keeps pores healthy and tones skin.
 
Phenoxyethanol - Is derived both naturally and synthetically. A preservative is necessary as the lotion has a large amount of water. Without a preservative it would inevitably grow mold and bacteria. This was the most natural preservative that I could find that protected against all mold, fungus, and bacteria growth. However, I'm always on the lookout for an even better preservative that is 100% natural.
